I try to contact seller but no response. Unfortunately this is going to goodwill. I seriously cannot see anything in the screen due to so much scratched and smudges. I mean closing your eyes would’ve been the same thing cause why is it so scratched up so much ? And seller can’t even respond. Guess you get what you pay for.

We did respond. We stated that the iPod has heavy scratches in the listing, but not as bad as buyer is stating. The screen is definitely scratched but can very well be legible. Saying "closing your eyes would've been the same" is an exaggeration and not accurate. Please don't post false claims. We also asked that buyer return the product but buyer has not responded.
