Orders and Delivery:
a. All orders are subject to availability.
b. Delivery times, estimated with care, may vary depending on the destination and logistical circumstances.
c. Deliveries will be made to the address specified by the customer when placing the order.
d. Delivery charges will be determined during the ordering process, depending on the chosen mode of transportation. Deliveries are limited to business days, from Monday to Friday. For any Saturday delivery request using our Easy Luggage service, prior arrangements will be necessary, with additional charges possibly applying.
 
Price and Payment:
a. Product prices, displayed in local currency, include all applicable taxes.
b. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
c. Accepted payment methods are specified during the ordering process.
 
Returns and Refunds:
