This phone is compact, light weight and has very long battery life.it is not touchscreen but the touch pad button gives excellent response when navigating screen. Ideal phone for users who dont require a smart phone, due to it's very compact size.

The phone is terrible I stuck it a week. You can't set up email and the Internet is practically none existant. If you want to just make calls and text then at the price it will do that. Wasn't enough for me. I won't even sell it on.

I bought this product because it was classed as one of the top ten phones of 2012 according to various websites. The only negative thing I have to say about this phone is that the apps are not necessarily the most updated ones around. Ie: my previous phone, a touchscreen android had much more up to date facebook and many more features available. The keyboard is very easy to get used to, and has good camera and video and storage capacity. It was awkward finding the micro slot without any instructions, had to check on the internet how to find it. Did eventually! Would I invest in another blackberry, not really. Think I'm defo an android touchscreen person, I also like to bigger screens too.
Lovely little compact phone. Great to use and easy to navigate. Has a really good clear connection. The only drawback is the short battery life. I have to charge it every 3 days. But for the money you can't go wrong.
