It's fairly large, but much better sound quality than the smaller Bluetooth speakers. Substantial Speaker that is great for a party. I love it!

This unit is nice and loud but with the following quirks: 1) Pairing took a couple of attempts. Once done, the unit does not automatically recognize my iPhone and I have to manually connect it via bluetooth 2) The controls on the side are cumbersome to get to. The Sony App does control the features of this unit 3) I have an XM Radio unit plugged into the aux ports - using the App you can switch input to the AUX ports, but the unit resets to Bluetooth audio every time you reconnect the iPhone 4) The sound is loud, but the highs are very muddy and the bass is a bit boomy 5) The lights can be shut off, but defaults to on again with every use
