Every one of these small bluetooth speakers is a compromise in sound, but this Klipsch comes the closest to full, natural sound of any of them. The bass is natural, not over-emphasized like the Bose Soundlink Mini. The mids are very clear and full. The only downside to this speaker is that the highs are not crystal clear. They sound a bid muddied. The BenQ Trevolo has the best highs, by far, of any small speaker I've listened to, but the bass is very light, and the sound is too directed straight ahead, so that you must be positioned perfectly to get the best sound. Not so with the Klipsch Groove. Your positioning is not important, and the sound is full and rich. Very compact design is great for travel.

I have high expectations when it comes to speakers, so I don't think any of the compact size speakers would earn a five star rating in my book, but this one comes close. Great base for a small box and of course the quality is Klipsch. I would recommend this for an office or a bedroom where you want good sound but don't need to blow the windows out.
