Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our eBay store.
Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
2.1 Contractual Partner
The purchase contract is concluded with Martin Franciscus Wilhelm Wensing.
2.2 Conclusion of Contract
When we list a product in auction or fixed-price format, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for that product. We determine the starting or fixed price and the duration of the offer, i.e., the period within which the offer can be accepted. Further information on the conclusion of the contract can be found in the individual formats:
Auction format: If we set a minimum price in the auction format, the offer is subject to the suspensive condition that the minimum price is reached. Auction format offers may also include a Buy It Now function that you can exercise as long as no bid has been placed on the product or the minimum price has not been reached. In the auction format, you accept the offer by placing a bid. Acceptance is subject to the suspensive condition that you are the highest bidder at the end of the offer period. Your bid expires if another buyer places a higher bid during the offer period.
Fixed-price format: When we list products in fixed-price format, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for that product. You accept the offer by clicking the Buy It Now button and then confirming. For fixed-price items where we have selected the Immediate Payment option, you accept the offer by clicking the Buy It Now button and completing the immediate subsequent payment process. You can also accept offers for multiple products by adding the products (if available) to the shopping cart and completing the immediately subsequent payment process.
Option Price Proposal: If one of our offers displays the Send Price Proposal button below the Buy It Now price, you can propose a price at which you would buy the product. We may accept, reject, or make a counteroffer to your price proposal. By submitting a price proposal, you make a binding offer to conclude a contract for that product at the price you proposed. Your price proposal is valid for a maximum of 48 hours or until the end of the offer, whichever comes first. If we accept it, a binding contract is concluded. The price proposal generally only applies to the price of the offered product.
2.3 Correction Options
You can recognize and correct your entries before submitting the order using the self-explanatory means provided by eBay in the ordering process. To cancel a transaction, use the Back button on your browser to return to the item page or eBay shopping cart. In the shopping cart, you can change the quantity of products by changing the quantity or remove the item from the cart by clicking Remove. Input errors can also be corrected by canceling the purchase process.
Contract Language, Contract Text Storage
The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German. We store the contract text on our systems, which are not accessible to you. However, through your eBay account, you have the option to view your recent orders under My eBay. The complete contract text is not accessible there.
Delivery Conditions
We deliver within Germany free of charge. Delivery options: We ship the products to the delivery address provided during the ordering process. We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.

In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available, and payment is processed by eBay:

The product remains our property until full payment is made.
Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us immediately has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, it helps us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

For the purpose of contract fulfillment according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b GDPR, we pass on your data to the shipping service provider commissioned with the delivery, to the extent necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. The same applies to the transfer of data to our manufacturers or wholesalers in cases where they take over the shipping for us (drop shipping). These are considered shipping service providers within the meaning of this privacy policy.
