Grayscale on this 32" was as near perfect as I've so far encountered on an LED backlit LCD screen. (way better than my 50" Panasonic) I've seen critism of the sound on this model, but this one didn't have any problems at all. I suspect some expectations may be unrealistically high. It dosen't have an android OS, so a lot of apps aren't going to be available.. the only one I so far miss is KODI :-( The one they sent appears to have a DVB/S2 tuner as well as the DVB/T2 tuner that I'm using and setup talks of SAT reception too, so this is a twin tuner set (or mine is anyway)

Arrived quickly. Good picture and no issue with the sound. First time installation is easy to do but if you want/need to repeat the installation process this is not straight forward as the instruction booklet is quite poor. If you’ve installed a TV before it shouldn’t take you too long to work out how to do this. I think there’s an online instruction manual available but I didn’t bother looking for that. The Smart TV features are great provided you have good WiFi and we’ve loved watching the online content on Netflix,Prime, iPlayer etc. All in all, to date, I’m very happy with this TV.

Purchased this to replace an older television in the kitchen. Just what I wanted with excellent picture, sound and smart facilities. A little awkward to set up until you get used to the controls but once fully installed it has been perfect. I'm now thinking of getting the same model for my bedroom. Good product and very good value for money.
