I received this item. It was not as described. Seller info states that the frames are multi-colored. They are not. When I tried to receive a return label (at seller expense) I was given an extraordinarily difficult time. Ebay stepped in and I received the return label but, not before I received 20 or so harassing messages.
Not only was the product not as described, it was of the poorest quality. After 15 years purchasing from ebay, most dishonest and nastiest seller I have dealt with.

It seems Buyer is very confused. The return label was provided by us and not eBay. Buyer can't provide correct information regarding the item she received. EBay did confirm that buyer is at fault and buyer refused to acknowledge it. We have over 1,000 transactions of this listing and she is the only one with issues?
