I hate to leave bad reviews because if the product is good I’ll leave a great review ; BUT this isn’t a good iPad it slow very very Slow and it freezes up , and you can’t do anything about it because there’s no returns ,

Unfortunately you have purchased an older Apple iPad mini model, and you will need to purchase a more recent model if you want newer iOS updates and faster processors. More recent models will cost more normally, but they will receive more updates from Apple and the computer processor will be quicker. The seller in this case cannot control which devices are slower or faster, and this is the buyers decision and budget to spend. Thank you
